In life and in business. It’s always About the other person. Focus on them and you will do wonderfully.

In sales, it’s focusing all our attention on what their problems are and solving it one on one. In games, it’s getting in their head and thinking from their perspective.

The only muscle that I need to develop is empathy. In this line of business, that’s only one that enables me to grow.
